Eric has spent nearly a decade in commercial and business banking, originating more than $65 million in loans across commercial real estate, construction, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment finance, and treasury management. From his seat across the desk, he saw the same story repeat: strong owners with real businesses walking into capital conversations with scattered documents, incomplete financials, and no one to show them what a lender needs to see.
Raised in North Philadelphia and a first-generation college student, Eric knows that much of what separates a funded business from a declined one is knowledge that was never taught. He built MYBA to close that gap, turning scattered information into clarity, confidence, and a lender-ready package.
